- Check In 30 minutes before your Program
- All Participants must be at least 4 feet tall to be able to participate on The Swim with Dolphins (belly ride and boogie push)
- Infants ages 1 to 5 and/or under 4 feet tall can participate ONLY on the Dolphin Encounter accompanied by two paying Adults
- Children ages 6 to 12 and/or with a height between 4 feet and 4’6 feet can participate on The Swim with Dolphins accompanied by one paying Adult
- Children 13 and older and/or taller than 4’6 feet are considered as Adults and can participate on The Swim with Dolphins by themselves
- Pregnant Participants can’t participate on Swim with Dolphins
- Pregnant Participants (less than 5 months pregnancy) can participate ONLY on the Dolphin Encounter by signing a Release Form and accompanied by one paying Adult
- If you have any health or physical problem, please contact our call center before booking your reservation so we can provide you with full information about our services
- For safety reasons, the use of cameras in the water is prohibited. Professional photos will be available for sale
- A Day Pass for the Chankanaab Park for companions WITHOUT a Dolphin Program, including food and drinks has a cost of $49.00 USD for Adults and $32.00 USD for Children
- The use of life jackets is mandatory in all water programs
- Minimum age for alcohol consumption is 18 years old
- Sunscreen (even reef safe & biodegradable) are not allowed in any of our programs for reef preservation
- In order to be able to access the buffet area, the Participants must change for clean, dry clothes
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations and Full Refund are accepted at least 48 hours in advance of the start date/time of the experience.
In the event the experience is cancelled due bad weather conditions, the Participantes will be offered an Alternative Date and if this not a viable option, then they will be issued a Full Refund on their payment.
For the participants traveling on board a cruise ship, if the cruise misses the port, their tickets will be cancelled and refunded in full. If the cruise ship changes the arrival date, the tour will be re-scheduled for the new date.
